Our Founder
Our Founder
Cynthia Jonströmer is a Swedish entrepreneur and investor at the intersection of technology, energy, system and leadership. She began her international career in the 1993, leading Frontec /Acando’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region and pioneering early e-commerce systems. In 1998, BHC Group AB was founded to empower mission-driven ventures. Jonstömer later served as Managing Partner of BrainHeart Capital, at the time one of Europe’s foremost wireless technology funds. She went on to co-found BrainHeart Energy AB, a trailblazer in geothermal innovation. Today, through Energy Innovation Lab, Antarez Global Impact Capital, and the Stockholm Climate Leadership Forum, Cynthia champions systemic innovation to accelerate the energy transition and shape the future of resilient, purpose-driven economies.
Cynthia Jonströmer is a Swedish entrepreneur and investor bridging technology, energy, and leadership.
